Undertake and oversee data collation exercises relating to plant life cycle analysis. Liaise with and advise the Property Management team on the Capital Expenditure Management and coordination of project works from instruction to completion including management of consultants and contractors, management of the project programme and schedule of works, coordination of handover, snagging and asset validation and project sign-off. Required Skills & Experience Highly responsible and decisive with ability to proactively manage own workload. Have strategic expertise and a commercial vision. Comprehensive experience in project management for large scale building projects. Direct experience in schedule preparation and contract administration of building projects. Experience of working in a residential environment (inclusive of high rise) Extensive knowledge of building construction, building services (mechanical and electrical systems) and relevant legislation and standards. Experience in writing works specifications and carrying out competitive tendering exercises. Experience in budget management and working to commercial targets. Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline (building surveying, building services or architecture) or equivalent experience in Building Surveying or a related discipline. Knowledge of principles of fire safety engineering and external wall systems. Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers, Chartered Institute of Building or Chartered Association of Building Engineers.
