The Role   We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead all pre-contract activities and ensure the successful transition of projects from client instruction through to contract execution. This is a pivotal role within TG Escapes, focused on securing viable, profitable projects while coordinating internal teams, consultants, and clients.  This role is office-based at our Coventry Head Office, therefore candidates must be within a commutable distance, although flexible/hybrid working may be available for the right individual.   Key Responsibilities   Pre-Construction Leadership   Act as the primary point of contact during the pre-construction phase for clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams. Ensure design freeze, cost agreement, and scope clarity prior to contract award.
