Contracts Manager - Planned works Role Purpose The Contracts Manager will lead the commercial and contractual management of planned roofing and external works programmes across the organisation's housing stock. This includes pitched and flat roof replacements, external wall repairs, cladding remediation, windows and doors, rainwater goods, external decorations, and structural fabric works. While ensuring programmes are delivered safely, compliantly, and with minimal disruption to residents.
