About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of roofing and cladding projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with programme and quality requirements. Responsibilities include: Managing the daily running of one or more sites. Working closely with the Operations team to ensure safe, high-quality project delivery. Inducting operatives on their first day on site. Applying for and closing permits as required. Implementing and monitoring health and safety procedures. Completing weekly site safety inspections and documentation. Managing quality control and project handovers. Coordinating site activities to maintain programme deadlines. Liaising with procurement to ensure materials and deliveries arrive on schedule. Acting as the main point of contact for clients on site. Attending progress meetings with senior management and clients. Producing weekly site reports using Fieldwire, with training provided. Maintaining accurate daily site diaries and workforce records. Reporting site issues promptly to senior management. Ensuring sites are left safe and secure at the end of each working day. Requirements: NVQ Level 5, 6 or 7 in Construction Site Management or equivalent. Black CSCS Card. SMSTS certification. Previous Site Management experience within roofing, cladding, fa ades or a related construction discipline. Full UK driving licence preferred. Willingness to travel to sites across London.
