Key Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and pipework Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs Complete planned and reactive maintenance works Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance Work closely with other trades and contractors on projects Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and safety standards Complete job records and maintain excellent customer service standards Requirements: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent) Valid CSCS Card Proven experience within a plumbing maintenance or repairs role Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Ability to read technical drawings and specifications Full UK Driving Licence Excellent communication and customer service skills This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable organisation offering a stable position, competitive salary, and varied workload across a range of properties.
