Maintenance Plumber
Location: Covering London and surrounding areas
Salary: £38,000 to £45,000 DOE + Benefits
Hours: Monday-Friday - 40 hours a week
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We re looking for an experienced Reactive Maintenance Plumber to join the team, offering overtime opportunities with a company van and fuel card, and genuine long-term career opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out reactive plumbing maintenance across domestic properties
- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults, including leaks and toilet repairs
- Installing vented and unvented hot water cylinders
- Replacing electric showers, shower pumps and waste pumps
- Carrying out minor electrical works where qualified
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or above)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience in domestic plumbing and minor electrical works
- CSCS Card preferred
- Part P electrical installation qualification preferred
- Social housing experience desirable but not essential
- Experience working within occupied properties
