Salary: £40,674 per annum
Full-Time: Permanent
Van & Fuel card provided
31 days annual leave (includes 8 bank holidays)
Build Recruitment are currently working on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced Plumber to join their maintenance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified plumber to carry out a range of installation, repair, and maintenance works across residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality plumbing services while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and pipework
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
- Complete planned and reactive maintenance works
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Work closely with other trades and contractors on projects
- Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and safety standards
- Complete job records and maintain excellent customer service standards
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
- Valid CSCS Card
- Proven experience within a plumbing maintenance or repairs role
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
