We are excited to be recruiting for a Sales Manager to join our student accommodation development, Pavilion Court in Wembley. This is a great opportunity which offers the chance to work autonomously developing and implementing strategic sales plans to ensure company KPIs are met. The role offers full time working hours of 37.5 hours per week, working between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday on a rota basis. You will be managing the entire sales journey from initial enquiry to welcoming customers to their new residence, this includes administrative tasks associated with the sale and conducting face to face viewings with customers. To ensure we remain competitive the Sales Manager is responsible for carrying out regular competitor analysis to review pricing, availability, offers, and incentives reporting back to the Operations Manager with any recommendations for change.
