Quantity Surveyor - Construction - Manchester (Site Based) Salary: Up to 60,000 + benefits (dependent on experience) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a major Grade II listed refurbishment project in Manchester. Phase One of the scheme comprises 153 residential apartments and 10 commercial units , with completion due in late Q1 2027 . A Phase Two development will follow, delivering a further 282 new-build apartments . With a strong secured pipeline of future projects, this role offers long-term stability and progression within a growing construction and development business. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for providing accurate, value-driven commercial support to projects, ensuring all commercial activities are carried out in line with contractual requirements, internal procedures, and senior management expectations.
