THE COMPANY:
This company is a well-established Building Services Contractor having been established for over 3o years. IN the early days, they were involved in small electrical installations, and have since grown to a £multimillion turnover business where they work across a number of different sectors, including Retail, Commercial and Industrial, on projects ranging in value from £0.5 to £10 Million.
THE ROLE
As an Electrical Design Estimator, your role will be two-fold. You will be involved in carrying out the initial estimating of a project and then following through with the completed electrical (including lighting, fire and security) design once awarded the project. As part of this role, you will also be carrying out electrical predesign work required to enable the estimating team to initially start to produce the tenders. Additional aspects of the role will involve attending design team meetings with both main contractors and clients/end users.
THE PERSON
To be considered for this role, you need to have experience within the Electrical Building Services industry and be competent in both estimating and design.
