Supporting design approvals and addressing project documentation issues. Administering project document control systems (CDE), including document registers and contact databases. Collaborating with the Senior Document Controller and project teams to resolve issues and enhance processes. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Conducting quality assurance checks for document accuracy and version control. Skills & Experience : To excel in this role, you should possess : A minimum of 2 years of experience in document control, preferably within the construction or fit-out industry. Proficiency with construction document control platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Asite, Aconex, and SharePoint. Excellent IT, administration, and organisational skills. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail. The capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Why Join Us?
