Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and CAFM systems. Technical competency within building services, engineering, or hard facilities management is essential. Qualifications & Training HNC in Building, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience. Management-level Health & Safety qualification such as SMSTS. Strong working knowledge of CAFM systems. Full UK driving licence. Desirable: Experience undertaking Authorised Person responsibilities. Qualifications or experience relating to Legionella, Asbestos, Confined Spaces, or Working at Height. Previous experience working within a Ministry of Defence or other highly regulated environment.
