Industrial Services Operatives

Aqua-Tech is currently looking for a team of industrial services operatives.

Attitude is everything. We're looking for people with an exceptional work ethic, a reliable attitude and a willingness to get stuck in. Whilst previous experience in industrial services and high-pressure water jetting is beneficial, we're far more interested in finding someone who is dependable, hardworking and eager to learn. We can teach the technical skills, we can't teach commitment.

This is not your average 9-5 role. The work can be demanding, the hours can vary, and you'll often be working in challenging industrial environments, including sewage tanks and confined spaces. In return, there is the opportunity to earn excellent money through overtime and additional hours for those who are willing to put the work in. There will also be the opportunity to be put through training and work in range of different sectors.

The Role:

As an Industrial Services Operative, you'll support a variety of industrial cleaning and maintenance projects across multiple sites, working as part of an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out high-pressure water jetting, tank cleaning and a range of industrial cleaning services.
• Operate specialist equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work within confined spaces and challenging industrial environments, including sewage tanks, when required.
• Assist with site preparation, equipment setup and job completion.
• Follow all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) procedures to the highest standard.
• Complete site documentation and work closely with supervisors and team leaders.

• Full UK Driving license
