Ensure Project Managers plan all labour and material requirements in advance, ensuring adequate provisions are always available Monitor the Project Managers role to ensure the installations are ready for commissioning on the due dates and coordinate commissioning so that no liquidated damages are incurred. Monitor and manage the Information Required Schedules, Risk Management Logs etc. and coordinate actions Monitor and manage the delivery program and co-ordinate the delivery requirements to ensure access for contractors. In conjunction with Project Managers ensure lists of variations are compiled and notifications are communicated to the Project Director to allow them to be issued in accordance with project/contract requirements.
