We are now regularly delivering projects of one week or more as a subcontractor to tier-1 main contractors and developers, on live construction and restoration sites across the UK. Examples of the current pipeline include a multi-week facade cleaning package on a City of London commercial scheme under a Principal Contractor, and a heritage gas holder restoration for a major residential developer. At the moment, planning and delivery of these jobs is carried across the founder, the Ops Manager and the Site Supervisor. That does not scale. We need one person who owns each longer job end to end: before, during and after. 2. What the role does The Project Manager owns every job over roughly one week in duration, from handover from Sales through to close-out and lessons learned.
