Full time Construction

Job Description

A leading construction consultancy in London is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their established Project Management team. The Project Manager will work across a varied portfolio of property and construction projects, supporting clients from early feasibility through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who wants exposure to high-profile schemes while continuing to build strong delivery and client-facing experience.

The successful Project Manager will take responsibility for managing projects independently while working alongside experienced senior colleagues on larger and more complex schemes. For an ambitious Project Manager, the role offers a strong platform to progress towards Senior Project Manager level.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will support and lead the delivery of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring programme, quality and client requirements are managed effectively.

Responsibilities will include managing project programmes, coordinating consultant teams, attending client and site meetings, preparing reports, monitoring project risk and ensuring key actions are delivered on time.

The role will suit a Project Manager who is organised, commercially aware and confident working directly with clients and wider project teams.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Project Management experience within a construction consultancy

  • A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline

  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams

  • Good understanding of programme, risk and project reporting

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • MRICS, MAPM, ChPP or progress towards a relevant professional qualification would be advantageous

In Return?

  • 48,000 - 60,000

  • Opportunity to work on high-profile projects

  • Clear progression towards Senior Project Manager level

  • Strong client-facing responsibility

  • Supportive and experienced consultancy team

  • Long-term career development
