Job Title: Civils Ganger
Location: Isle of Wight
Matchtech are looking to recruit experienced Civils Gangers to lead small operational teams delivering utility and drainage infrastructure works across the Isle of Wight.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising operatives on site
- Managing daily works and productivity
- Ensuring works are completed safely and to programme
- Liaising with Project Managers and Supervisors
- Completing site documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading civils gangs
- Utilities, drainage or highways background
- SSSTS beneficial
- NRSWA qualification desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence
