Senior Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure & Civil Engineering

Location: Peterborough / Cambridgeshire

Salary guide: 60,000- 75,000

Job Type: Permanent

Fawkes & Reece are looking to speak with experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors from a civil engineering and infrastructure background.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked across water, utilities, highways, energy and major civil engineering schemes.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' commercial experience within civil engineering.

• Strong knowledge of NEC3 or NEC4 contracts.

• Proven experience managing substantial project packages.

• Experience with compensation events, variations and subcontractor procurement.

• Strong cost forecasting, CVR and financial reporting experience.

• Ability to manage commercial responsibilities with minimal supervision.

This is aimed at experienced Quantity Surveyors who understand the commercial delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
