Job Description
The Regional Facilities Manager in Bristol will cover sites in Bristol, Bath, Cardiff and Southampton, including a newly mobilised Southampton site. You ll visit each site on a regular rotation and can work from home between visits.

As the Regional Facilities Manager, you'll:
- Cover established sites in Bristol, Bath and Cardiff.
- Give particular attention to the newly mobilised Southampton site.
- Visit each site every three to four weeks, with additional visits as needed.
To be successful as the Regional Facilities Manager, you'll have:
- Ideally, experience in residential, build-to-rent or hotel environments.
- The ability to travel regularly between sites across the portfolio.
- £60,000 £65,000 per year, plus a 10% bonus.
- Paid travel and petrol costs.
- Home working between site visits.
- A permanent position.
