Site Manager - Pub Fit-Out

Location: West Midlands, with nationwide travel
Rate: 270- 300 per day
Duration: Ongoing work

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee pub fit-out projects across the UK, working with a busy contractor based in the West Midlands.

Pub fit-out experience is essential - we need someone who knows the sector and can hit the ground running, rather than having to learn the ropes. A background in joinery would be ideal, particularly for someone who understands the trades and is happy getting hands-on when needed.

You'll be responsible for running sites from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors, keeping programmes on track and making sure work is delivered safely and to a good standard.

There will be nationwide travel, so you'll need to be flexible with locations and comfortable working away from home when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on pub fit-out projects - essential.
• Joinery background preferred.
• Valid SMSTS.
• Valid CSCS card - White, Black or Gold
• Strong knowledge of site health and safety.
• Confident managing subcontractors, trades and site programmes.
• Able to work independently and hit the ground running.
• Flexible to travel nationwide and work away when required.
