The successful candidate will be expected to complete: Reactive maintenance on domestic properties 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week 2nd fix maintenance to a high standard I am really keen in speaking to anyone who has: City and Guilds or NVQ in carpentry or joinery CSCS card (ideal but not essential) Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience Asbestos Awareness (or willingness to undertake the online course) Working at heights (or willingness to undertake the online course) Manual Handling (or willingness to undertake the online course) Abrasive Wheels (or willingness to undertake the online course) Interested?
