Residential Surveyor Remote Working £55K - £60K Basic Upto £70K OTE Car Allowance + Healthcare
Experienced in residential surveying, mortgage valuations and Level 2 surveys?
We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing residential chartered surveying business, covering Sheffield and the wider South Yorkshire area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an AssocRICS-qualified surveyor or above, looking to work remotely within an established regional patch, with strong earning potential, excellent benefits and the flexibility to manage your own workload.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out mortgage valuation surveys across your regional patch
- Complete Level 2 residential surveys
- Produce accurate, professional and high-quality surveying reports
- Manage your own workload and diary while working remotely
- Deliver an excellent standard of service to clients and stakeholders
- Use leading surveying software to support efficient report writing
- Maintain strong communication with clients and relevant parties
- Work independently while contributing to the continued success of the business
Residential Surveyor Requirements
- Minimum AssocRICS qualification
- At least 2 years' post-qualification experience
- Registered Valuer status and VRS experience
- Proven experience carrying out mortgage valuations and Level 2 surveys
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Working Arrangement
- Full-time position
