Full time Construction

Job Description

We are currently representing an award-winning architectural practice based in Leeds, with a history dating back almost 60 years and a portfolio of projects delivered across the UK. Due to a growing workload, the practice is looking to recruit a Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist to join its established team and take ownership of projects across a varied portfolio.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative practice where experienced professionals are trusted to run projects, lead teams and work directly with clients, consultants and contractors. Our client prides themselves with an environment where Architects and Architectural Technologists work alongside one another, with responsibilities shaped around individual strengths rather than rigidly defined roles.

Their current portfolio spans large-scale industrial developments, commercial offices, hotel and hospitality schemes, residential projects and complex refurbishments. The successful candidate will take responsibility for running projects from design development through to construction and completion, coordinating project teams and ensuring schemes progress efficiently. Strong technical knowledge, an understanding of construction detailing and the ability to manage projects confidently are central to the role.

This role would suit an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist looking for greater responsibility, a varied workload and the opportunity to develop towards Associate-level progression in the future.
