Project Architect Job Overview Lead architectural projects through all RIBA Stages from inception to completion Manage the day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring quality, programme and client expectations are achieved Produce planning, tender and construction drawing packages including drawings, schedules and specifications Prepare technical detailing and construction information using Revit Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, local authorities and Building Control Coordinate internal project teams and external consultants Attend client meetings and site visits throughout project delivery Work on projects across the Education, Commercial, Student Accommodation, Heritage and Residential sectors Take responsibility for project delivery whilst remaining hands-on with production work Project Architect Job Requirements ARB Registered Architect Approximately 5+ years' experience working within an architectural practice (this can be inclusive of Part II experience) Proven experience leading projects across all RIBA Stages Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge Excellent client-facing and communication skills Good knowledge of Revit Experience working on medium to large-scale projects, typically 10m+ Ability to manage projects independently whilst working collaboratively within a team Experience across a variety of sectors such as Education, Commercial, Student Accommodation, Cultural, Heritage or Residential would be advantageous Live within a commutable distance of Kettering Project Architect Salary & Benefits Competitive salary of 38,000 - 45,000 DOE Clear progression opportunities within a growing national practice Exposure to a varied portfolio of large-scale projects Flexible / hybrid working policy Agile working hours Ongoing training and professional development Friendly, collaborative and inclusive working environment Regular social events and company functions Employee rewards and incentive schemes Company benefits to be discussed at interview Bennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
