Location: London Salary: £55k-£65k + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Project Manager to join a successful consultancy delivering cladding remediation, fire safety, building safety, refurbishment and new-build projects across London.

Key Responsibilities - Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Project Manager

• Lead remediation, refurbishment and new-build projects.
• Act as Project Manager, Employer's Agent and Contract Administrator.
• Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets and reports.
• Lead procurement and tendering processes.
• Manage risks, programmes and stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare specifications and contract documentation.

About You

• Senior QS, Project Manager or combined QS/PM experience.
• Strong background in building safety, remediation and construction projects.
• Excellent commercial, contractual and client management skills.
• Experience in cost planning, procurement and contract administration.
• MRICS desirable.
