Branch Manager Estate Agency Upto £30K Basic, Upto £70K OTE Car Allowance + Profit Share

We're recruiting for an ambitious and driven Branch Manager to lead and develop an established operation on the East Norfolk Coast.

The Role
As a Branch Manager, you will:
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the branch
- Drive new business generation and increase market share across the local area
- Carry out valuations and convert opportunities into instructions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, applicants and local businesses
- Manage and nurture the branch sales pipeline to maximise revenue opportunities
- Lead, motivate and develop a successful team, ensuring high levels of performance
- Identify and implement strategies to grow branch profitability
- Oversee the sales process from instruction through to completion
- Represent the business within the local community and build a strong professional network
- Drive branch performance through exceptional customer service and business development
- Maximise earnings through branch success, profit share and referral opportunities
Branch Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience within a residential estate agency at Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager, Valuer or Branch Manager level
- Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
- Strong valuation and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of the local property market
- Natural leadership ability with experience motivating and developing others
- Commercially focused with an entrepreneurial approach
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
