Experienced in commercial property management and confident managing a diverse portfolio?

We're recruiting for a Property Manager to join a large and well-established organisation in the Blackburn area, due to continued expansion.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional to join a growing team, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties, while providing excellent service to tenants and clients.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Deal with tenant queries and provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs
• Liaise with contractors, tenants and other stakeholders
• Handle general lettings and property administration
• Ensure properties are managed efficiently and issues are resolved promptly

Property Manager requirements:

• Strong background in commercial property
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of commercial properties
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational and administration skills
• Proactive and solution-focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively
• Professional working attitude

What's on Offer?
