Property Manager

The Opportunity:

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a boutique property business managing an exclusive portfolio of Prime and Super Prime residential properties across London.

Offering an attractive salary of £30,000-£35,000 for just three days per week (equivalent to £50,000-£58,000 full-time), this is a particularly appealing opportunity for the right individual.

Working directly with the founder, you'll enjoy genuine autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the business.

We're looking for someone exceptional: personable, proactive, exceptionally hardworking and commercially minded, with initiative, a first-class attitude and an unwavering commitment to client service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of Prime and Super Prime London residential properties.
• Build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, landlords and tenants.
• Oversee maintenance, contractors, compliance and inspections.
• Manage budgets, expenditure and client reporting.
• Coordinate housekeeping, concierge and additional property services.
• Anticipate requirements, resolve issues and take full ownership of service delivery.

About You:

• Minimum three years' residential property management experience, ideally within the luxury market.
• Outstanding personality, initiative, work ethic and attitude.
• Highly organised, resourceful and confident working independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong knowledge of property legislation, compliance and financial management.
• Commercially astute, solutions-focused and committed to exceptional standards.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across London.

The Package:

• £30,000-£35,000 per annum for three days per week.
