Freelance Site Manager - Housing

We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a housing project in Arbroath, starting Monday for a minimum of 4 months.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing residential housing projects

• Valid SMSTS certificate

• Valid First Aid certificate

• Valid CSCS card

• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills

• Ability to manage site operations, health and safety, subcontractors and programme delivery

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housing developments and be confident managing the day-to-day running of site operations to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
