A large property developer with sites in Essex are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team in Billericay

Sales Negotiator duties:

• Build rapport with customers & providing excellent customer service
• Conduct property viewings, explaining pricing, measurements & optional upgrades
• Building strong relationships with construction & progression teams
• Keeping the system up to date

In order to be successful within this role you will need experience working within new build sales
