We are recruiting an experienced Housing Manager on behalf of our client to lead and develop a high-performing housing management service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teams to deliver excellent housing services.
• Oversee tenancy management, antisocial behaviour, arrears and complex cases.
• Ensure properties and estates meet health, safety and compliance standards.
• Drive resident engagement, tenancy sustainment and service improvements.
• Manage performance, complaints and statutory requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in housing management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of housing legislation, tenancy management and compliance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• A customer-focused approach with a passion for improving residents' experiences.
