Working Supervisor -Guildford

We are looking for an experienced Working Supervisor / Working Foreman with a strong background in groundworks, slabbing and drainage.

This is a hands-on role, supervising the team while also working alongside them to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate groundworkers on site
• Remain hands-on with slabbing, paving and drainage
• Oversee foul and storm drainage works
• Manage manholes, pipework, kerbing and external works
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor progress
• Ensure high standards of quality and health & safety
• Read and work from construction drawings

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Working Supervisor, Foreman or Ganger
• Strong groundworks, slabbing and drainage experience
• Experience supervising a groundworks team
• Good understanding of site H&S
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
