Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of roofing and cladding works on site. Coordinate subcontractors and site operatives to ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures. Monitor programme, quality, and productivity throughout the project. Valid CPCS A62 Crane Supervisor card. IPAF 3a & 3b certification is essential. Good understanding of BS7121 , LOLER and lifting operations. Ability to read and work from lifting plans and RAMS.
