We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager/Project Manager to work for a high end residential contractor delivering luxury new-build and refurbishment projects across Wimbledon and Kingston. This is a hands on No.1 Manager position combining site management with project management responsibilities. Responsibilities Manage projects from site set-up through to completion. Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare and update construction programmes. Raise RFIs and manage drawings and design information. Produce RAMS and oversee site health and safety. Chair progress and subcontractor meetings. Liaise with private clients, architects, consultants and Quantity Surveyors. Monitor procurement, quality, progress, variations and costs. Manage snagging, completion and handover. Requirements Experience as a No.1 Site Manager, Senior Site Manager or hands on Project Manager. High end Luxury residential new build or refurbishment experience. Strong programming and project documentation skills. Confident dealing directly with private clients and consultants. Excellent knowledge of high-quality finishes and workmanship. SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid. Full UK driving licence. Keyman Personnel are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Setting Out Dryliners to work on a construction project in Leicester We require experienced Dryliners who are confident setting out independently from drawings and can accurately set out partitions and associated drylining works. Duties will include: Setting out drylining works from construction drawings Setting out internal partitions and wall systems Measuring and marking out accurately Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications Installing metal stud partitioning Track and stud installation Plasterboard installation where required Checking dimensions, levels and locations before installation Ensuring works are completed accurately and to specification Working alongside Dryliners, supervisors and site management Requirements: Valid CSCS Card Proven experience as a Setting Out Dryliner Strong experience reading construction drawings Must be able to set out independently Experience with metal stud partitioning and drylining systems Own tools Full PPE Good attention to detail There are 2 positions available for this project. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage site teams, including supervisors, engineers and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. Plan, coordinate and supervise daily construction activities across the project. Monitor site progress against target programmes, identifying and reporting any delays or issues. Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, site photographs and as-built drawings. Deliver daily site briefings and ensure subcontractor task briefings are completed. Monitor all site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and safe systems of work. Attend client and progress meetings, providing updates on project delivery and resolving site issues where required. Prepare and maintain project programmes and formal communications with clients, subcontractors and the wider project team. Promote and maintain the highest standards of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance across all site operations. Coordinate labour, plant and materials to ensure efficient project delivery. Support the commercial and operational performance of the project while maintaining strong client relationships. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as a Site Agent within highways, civil engineering or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction methods and site operations. Experience managing site teams, subcontractors and multiple workstreams. Good commercial awareness and understanding of project costs and programme delivery. Experience administering and delivering projects under NEC contracts. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem solving. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Desirable Experience producing, updating and managing construction programmes (e.g. Microsoft Project or Primavera P6). Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage construction works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. Promote and maintain the highest standards of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance across all site activities. Ensure all subcontractors comply with site standards, health & safety requirements and project specifications. Allocate labour and resources daily to ensure works are adequately resourced by competent personnel. Ensure all required plant, tools and materials are available, reporting shortages to the Site Agent or Project Manager. Review work documentation to ensure all information is suitable and sufficient for the planned activities. Accept and manage permits, ensuring they are included within work packs and issued to the relevant workforce. Carry out daily setting-to-work briefings with operatives, supervisors and subcontractors. Deliver and record Daily Activity Briefings, Pre-Start Briefings, Toolbox Talks and End-of-Shift Debriefs. Supervise operatives, supervisors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all health & safety, environmental and quality procedures. Ensure all works are carried out under appropriate safe systems of work and that all required briefings have been completed. Review site records completed by operatives and supervisors, submitting documentation to the Site Agent as required. Assist the Site Agent with programming works, resource planning and plant/material requirements. Oversee plant deliveries, inspections, utilisation and associated documentation. Carry out regular Health, Safety and Environmental inspections and audits. Lead by example, promoting high standards of professionalism, safety and site conduct. Complete employee documentation, including Return to Work paperwork where required. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation. Attend site progress meetings as required. Report all Health, Safety and Environmental incidents in accordance with company procedures. Skills & Experience Required SSSTS or SMSTS. Valid CSCS Card. Proven experience as a General Foreman within civil engineering, highways or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, highways and structures. Previous experience managing site operatives and subcontractors. Good understanding of construction health & safety legislation and safe systems of work. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to prioritise workload and adapt to changing site requirements. Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Full UK Driving Licence.
