The successful candidates will have previous experience installing and positioning precast concrete components on major construction or civil engineering projects. Duties & Responsibilities: Installing and erecting precast concrete components in accordance with construction drawings. Assisting with the lifting, positioning and alignment of precast units. Installing structural connections, fixings and temporary supports as required. Working alongside crane teams and site supervisors during installation operations. Ensuring precast units are correctly positioned, levelled and secured. Following installation sequences, method statements and site safety procedures. Requirements: Valid CSCS card. Previous experience installing precast concrete components. Ability to interpret construction drawings and installation specifications. Experience working alongside cranes and lifting teams. Relevant installation, working at height or lifting qualifications advantageous. Strong understanding of site health and safety. The successful candidates will have previous experience carrying out grouting works associated with precast concrete installation, ensuring structural connections, joints and bearing areas are completed to the required specification. Duties & Responsibilities: Carrying out grouting works to precast concrete joints, connections and bearing areas. Preparing surfaces and joints prior to grouting. Mixing and applying specialist cementitious and non-shrink grouting materials. Filling joints, pockets, sleeves and connections in accordance with project specifications. Ensuring grouting works are completed to the required quality standards. Working closely with precast installation teams and site supervisors. Maintaining safe and clean working areas. Requirements: Valid CSCS card. Previous experience in precast concrete grouting or specialist structural grouting. Knowledge of cementitious grouts and associated application techniques. Ability to follow technical specifications and method statements. Experience on major construction or civil engineering projects advantageous. Strong attention to detail and site safety. We are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join a specialist cladding and fa ade contractor. You will be responsible for managing the design process across multiple projects, coordinating with architects, consultants, project teams and suppliers to ensure designs are technically compliant, buildable and delivered on programme. Key Responsibilities Manage cladding and fa ade design from pre-construction through to completion. Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions. Coordinate design information with architects, consultants and project teams. Manage RFIs, design changes and technical queries. Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and relevant standards. Coordinate fa ade interfaces, including cladding, glazing, SFS and fire barriers. Attend design and client meetings. Support procurement, installation and project handover. Requirements Previous experience as a Design Manager, Design Coordinator or Fa ade Designer. Strong background in cladding, fa ades or building envelope systems. Experience with rainscreen cladding, SFS, curtain walling or glazing. Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations. Strong communication, organisation and technical coordination skills. Recladding, high-rise or fa ade remediation experience would be advantageous.
