Job Description
A Project Manager is required in Westminster, London to identify and deliver mechanical and electrical projects across a multi-site estate. You'll take full ownership of small and medium project works, from initial opportunity and feasibility through to tendering, delivery and commercial close-out.
Working with stakeholders, designers and subcontractors, you'll manage project scope, budgets, risk and site delivery while developing a pipeline of future project opportunities.

The Role
As the Project Manager, you'll:
- Identify and develop M&E project opportunities across a portfolio of maintenance contracts.
- Work with stakeholders and designers to define scope, feasibility and project requirements.
- Prepare tenders and analyse subcontractor returns against budgets and required profit margins.
- Manage projects end to end, including estimating, subcontractors and site operations.
- Manage statutory and commercial risks while following CDM and QHSE requirements.
- Agree payment schedules and applications while maintaining accurate commercial and project records.
- Develop a pipeline of short, medium and long-term project opportunities across the estate.
To be successful as the Project Manager, you'll have:
- Experience delivering mechanical and electrical projects within a facilities or building services environment.
- Strong end-to-end project management and subcontractor management capability.
- Commercial awareness covering estimating, tenders, budgets and project margins.
- Knowledge of CDM requirements and managing statutory and commercial project risks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise on project feasibility and scope.
- The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accurate reporting and documentation.
- £66,000 £70,000 annual salary.
- Permanent, full-time position.
- Westminster, London location.
