Job Title: Project Coordinator - Active Disposals

Location: Flexible - able to travel within our operating region

Salary: £34,569 per annum

Job type: Permanent, Full Time. 37 hours per week.

We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Strategic Asset Appraisal team, supporting the delivery of our active property disposal programme.

What you'll be doing:

This is a varied role where you will be involved in the different stages of a property disposal, from reviewing property and performance information to help identify and prioritise underperforming properties, through to supporting the sale process.

You will work closely with the Project Manager and Programme Manager, as well as colleagues across Aster and a range of external property professionals.

You will help keep projects moving, making sure the right people have the right information at the right time. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in property sales, working with estate agents and auctioneers, reviewing marketing information, supporting negotiations and helping to find solutions where a property may be more challenging to sell.

You'll help find the most appropriate route to market for each property, with a focus on achieving the best financial outcome for Aster.

About you:

You will have experience working within property, housing or asset management or a related property environment and knowledge of relevant property and housing legislation, alongside:

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience of managing data and maintaining accurate records.
• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office systems.
• A customer-focused approach and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders.
• The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise competing demands.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience of project management, property sales or negotiation would be beneficial.

This is a flexible role enabling you to work from home. A full UK driving licence is required so you can attend team meetings across our region-based office HUBs. Our operating region includes Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.
