Job Title: Wet Trade Multi Trade Location: Wiltshire Salary: £35,024 per annum Job type: Permanent, Full Time. 37 hours per week. Closing Date: 18th October 2026. Are you good with a trowel, do you have a muck in do anything mindset? We are looking for a Wet Trade Multi (Plaster, Tile and Bricklayer) to join our team in Wiltshire. What you will be doing: You will bring your skills and experience including plastering, studwork, drylining and plaster-boarding, wall tiling, laying vinyl flooring and bricklaying/rendering to name just a few. You'll be working in our customer's homes, so you'll have a customer service focus and being committed to continuous improvement. No two days are the same. You'll carry out a number of jobs in a day with your work shared with you via your handheld device, your PDA. Primarily you'll work alone but you'll be part of the wider responsive repairs team so there's always someone at the end of the phone to support you. Internally, your job title will be Wet Trade Level 2. About you: We are looking for someone with the following experience: You'll have an NVQ or equivalent or demonstrate previous significant experience in general building. You'll be able to identify causes and specify materials required to rectify any arising issues. You'll need to be a confident user of IT, your work is shared via a PDA and you'll need to control and manage, yourself, your van stock and the expectations of others. You'll be working with a variety of teams and communicating with them regularly, so you'll be confident in managing expectations of both internal and external customers. We will supply a company vehicle to get you around, so you'll need a full, UK manual driving licence. Job Title: Project Coordinator - Active Disposals Location: Flexible - able to travel within our operating region Salary: £34,569 per annum Job type: Permanent, Full Time. 37 hours per week. Closing Date: 11th October 2026. We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Strategic Asset Appraisal team, supporting the delivery of our active property disposal programme. What you'll be doing: This is a varied role where you will be involved in the different stages of a property disposal, from reviewing property and performance information to help identify and prioritise underperforming properties, through to supporting the sale process. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Programme Manager, as well as colleagues across Aster and a range of external property professionals. You will help keep projects moving, making sure the right people have the right information at the right time. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in property sales, working with estate agents and auctioneers, reviewing marketing information, supporting negotiations and helping to find solutions where a property may be more challenging to sell. You'll help find the most appropriate route to market for each property, with a focus on achieving the best financial outcome for Aster. About you: You will have experience working within property, housing or asset management or a related property environment and knowledge of relevant property and housing legislation, alongside: Excellent organisational and communication skills. Experience of managing data and maintaining accurate records. Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office systems. A customer-focused approach and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise competing demands. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience of project management, property sales or negotiation would be beneficial. This is a flexible role enabling you to work from home.
