About the Opportunity
A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is looking for a Managing Building Surveyor to join their collaborative Buildings & Places team in Cardiff. This is a strong opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor who enjoys variety, client relationships, team leadership and the chance to work on high-profile projects across the UK.
The role sits within an established Building Surveying team and offers exposure across retail, health, energy, commercial property, education and public sector projects. It would suit someone who is technically strong, commercially aware and confident, working closely with clients while supporting and developing more junior colleagues.
You would be working alongside senior managers and leading multidisciplinary teams on refurbishment, improvement and modernisation projects. The position offers a clear route for continued career development, with scope to build client relationships, contribute to bids and play a key role in the growth of the team.
There is an exceptional balance of delivery, leadership and commercial input on offer, while still being close to the technical detail of Building Surveying.
