We're recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Devon, leading a successful office and driving continued growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate agency manager with strong leadership, sales, and business generation skills, looking to make a real impact within a respected independent business.
The Role
As a Branch Manager, you will:
- Take ownership of the day-to-day running and performance of the branch
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Drive valuations, instructions, business generation, and branch profitability
- Monitor figures, performance, and overall branch results
- Conduct morning meetings and set clear objectives for the team
- Maintain exceptional customer service and professional standards
- Build strong relationships within the local market
- Help strengthen the company's presence and brand within the area
- Identify opportunities to improve team performance and support business growth
Branch Manager Requirements
- Proven experience within estate agency
- Strong background in an Estate Agency Manager / Branch Manager position
- Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a successful team
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Commercially aware with a strong focus on sales and results
- Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Full UK driving licence
