Catch 22 are working with a national public sector organisation at the heart of the creative and cultural sector to recruit a Senior Facilities Coordinator to join their Estates & Facilities team in Manchester City Centre.
Supporting offices across Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle, you'll help ensure workplace environments remain safe, compliant, well-maintained and welcoming for colleagues and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works
- Manage contractor and supplier relationships
- Support health & safety, compliance and workplace audits
- Maintain facilities records, systems and reporting
- Assist with office moves, refurbishments projects, workplace set-ups and day-to-day facilities operations
- Support with service charge budgets, leasing, procurement and purchase orders
- Work closely with and deputise for the Senior Facilities Manager when required
Ideal Applicant
- Must have experience within commercial facilities management
- Experience coordinating maintenance and contractor activities
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of workplace health & safety - IOSH Managing Safely would be beneficial
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
- Ability to work flexible hours where needed and be available for emergency situations
- Able to travel to other sites in Leeds and Newcastle when needed (Usually fortnightly)
- Customer focused with a collaborative attitude and a desire to build a career within Facilities Management.
Benefits
- Around £33,500 salary
- 35 hours per week
- Usually 8am/8.30am start
