Lead Designer - Super Prime Residential Joinery
A bespoke cabinetmaking and joinery specialist delivering luxury interiors for some of the UK's most prestigious homes is seeking a Lead Designer to join its growing team. This role combines hands-on technical design with team leadership, overseeing detailed SolidWorks drawings, site surveys, client coordination and mentoring junior designers.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience within the super-prime residential joinery sector.
- Advanced SolidWorks skills and strong technical drawing ability.
- Experience managing projects, conducting site surveys and liaising with contractors.
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials and manufacturing processes.
- Confident communicator with leadership experience
