An experienced Project Manager is required to deliver refurbishment, fit-out and minor works projects across a live operational estate in Greater London.
You'll manage multiple projects across building fabric, mechanical and electrical disciplines from initial scope and tender through to construction, commissioning and handover.
The Role As the Project Manager, you'll:
- Manage refurbishment, fit-out and minor works projects from inception to completion.
- Deliver multiple concurrent building fabric and M&E projects valued up to £1m.
- Develop project scopes, tender documentation and procurement packages.
- Manage programmes, budgets, risks, variations and overall commercial performance.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and supply chain partners.
- Ensure compliance with CDM, RAMS, permits and health and safety requirements.
- Chair progress meetings and provide clear reporting to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee quality, commissioning, handover and completion of O&M documentation.
About You To be successful as the Project Manager, you'll have:
- Proven experience delivering refurbishment, fit-out and minor works projects.
- Experience managing multiple projects across building fabric and M&E disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, programming, cost control and risk management.
- Good technical understanding of mechanical, electrical and building fabric systems.
- Knowledge of CDM, Building Regulations and construction health and safety requirements.
- Experience managing contractors, procurement, variations and project budgets.
- Strong client-facing, reporting and stakeholder management capabilities.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between project sites.
NVQ Level 6, SMSTS, CSCS Black Manager Card, NEC4 knowledge or relevant professional/project management qualifications would be advantageous.
