A hands-on Site Manager is required for a 72-week mezzanine floor project within a critical environment on a business park in Bristol.
This role requires strong site management experience, SMSTS certification and the ability to meet SC clearance requirements.

As the Site Manager, you'll:
- Provide hands-on site management throughout the 72-week project.
- Oversee works associated with the construction of a mezzanine floor.
- Manage day-to-day site activities within a critical environment.
- Support safe and effective delivery throughout the construction programme.
To be successful as the Site Manager, you'll have:
- Previous experience managing construction works on site.
- A hands-on approach to day-to-day site management.
- Current SMSTS certification.
- Experience working within critical environments would be advantageous.
- The ability to meet the required SC clearance requirements.
- £300 £400 per hour.
- 72-week contract.
- Monday-to-Friday working pattern.
- Bristol-based project.
- Hands-on responsibility for a mezzanine floor construction project.
- SC clearance can be provided.
