Capital Project Manager

Local authority in Essex are currently looking for a capital project manager for an initial period of 12 months.

The client has a large portolio consisting of social housing and is embarking on its largest capital investment programme ever. You will be delivering large scale refurbishment programmes to occupied council homes, and we are looking for experienced project managers who can help deliver this work.

Hybrid 3 office 2 remote

450 a day umbrella

37 hours per week
