As our managed portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and motivated Lettings Administrator / Junior/ Trainee Property Manager to join our growing lettings and property management team.

About the Role

Working alongside our experienced lettings and property management team, you will provide essential administrative and operational support across our managed portfolio.

The role will initially have a strong focus on lettings administration and property management support, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and progress into a fully-fledged Property Manager role.

You will have regular contact with landlords, tenants, contractors and other property professionals, so excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

This is a busy and varied role that would suit someone who is highly organised, proactive, commercially aware and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lettings Administration

  • Assist with the administration of new lettings from offer through to move-in
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and related documentation
  • Coordinate referencing and Right to Rent checks
  • Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs
  • Maintain accurate tenancy and property records
  • Update property management and CRM systems
  • Deal with landlord and tenant enquiries by telephone and email
  • Arrange appointments, inspections and contractor visits
  • Assist with tenancy renewals and extensions
  • Assist with deposit registration and deposit
