Key Responsibilities Conduct property valuations and market appraisals to determine competitive rental prices. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring a high level of customer service. Oversee tenancy administration, including documentation, referencing and compliance checks. Lead and support a team of lettings negotiators, helping to achieve individual and team targets. Develop effective marketing strategies to promote available properties across a range of channels. Organise appointments, schedule property viewings and follow up with prospective tenants. Maintain accurate records of transactions, enquiries and correspondence on the company database. Identify new business opportunities and work proactively to grow the property portfolio. About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous administrative experience within estate agency, lettings or property management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience in property valuations or lettings management is desirable but not essential . A proactive and professional approach with strong problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently while also supporting and motivating a team. Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and other property professionals.
