About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous administrative experience within estate agency, lettings or property management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience in property valuations or lettings management is desirable but not essential . A proactive and professional approach with strong problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently while also supporting and motivating a team. Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and other property professionals.
