Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking for a role where your expertise can make a real difference? Join NCG s Estates and Facilities team and help shape, improve and maintain the environments in which our students and staff learn and work every day.
As Project Building Surveyor, you ll play a key role in delivering a diverse programme of refurbishment, maintenance and improvement projects across our college estate. You ll be involved from the earliest concept and survey stages through to design, procurement, contract management and completion.
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled and motivated professional who enjoys managing projects, solving building challenges and seeing ideas become reality.
What you ll doYou ll manage and support a range of building projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include:
You ll also have responsibility for one direct report, providing an opportunity to support and develop others within the wider Estates and Facilities team.
About youWe re looking for an experienced Building Surveyor with strong technical knowledge, excellent project management skills and the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people.

Professional membership of RICS, or working towards membership, is highly desirable, as is evidence of relevant CPD.
