The Role You will manage the commercial delivery of the project from pre-contract through to final account, working closely with the project team, client and supply chain. Key responsibilities include: Managing procurement, tender enquiries and subcontractor appointments. Preparing and monitoring budgets, cost reports and cash flow forecasts. Managing subcontractor valuations, payments, variations and final accounts. Preparing applications for payment and agreeing variations with the client. Identifying commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project. Working closely with the delivery team to maintain cost control. Managing the project's commercial requirements through to final account agreement. About You Minimum five years' quantity surveying experience. Experience working for a main contractor. A relevant quantity surveying qualification, preferably a degree. Experience taking projects from pre-contract through to final account. High-end or super prime residential experience preferable. Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and attention to detail. Ability to build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors and the project team.
