Our client is a huge tier 1 sub-contractor with an outstanding turnover of over 700 mill. They have grown from a small electrical contractor to a award winning, industry leading company! Projects they cover include healthcare, defence, industrial, offices, education, residential and infrastructure ranging up to around 60 Million +.

Our client is looking for an M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor to work across a rail project in Northwest London.

Responsibilities for M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Manage the commercial and financial performance of M&E projects.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Prepare and submit valuation applications and payment claims.
• Mentor and manage Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors.

• Lives within commutable distance to Northwest London
• Be in a M&E Lead Quantity Surveyor or M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor role
• Degree qualified
• Previously led a project
