Senior Property Services Officer (Assets and Repairs)

We have a fantastic opportunity to work with an industry leading Housing company here in the North of Scotland. Our client is looking for a Senior Property Services Officer. This is a permanent full time post.

Our client is looking for someone with:-

  • Demonstrable experience of working in a supervisory, senior or management position within a property related environment - facilities management, housing, construction, property management or engineering.
  • Knowledge and understanding of responsive repairs, planned maintenance and asset management.
  • Experience of managing contractors, monitoring performance and delivering services or projects against budgets and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data to support decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Full UK driving licence is required, and access to a vehicle. Car allowance will be provided.
