Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the letting process Guiding applicants and landlords through the letting process from agreement of the letting to legal completion Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way Enjoy working in a team environment A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually Experience would be an advantage but not essential Have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment Obtain a full valid UK driving licence This Senior Lettings Negotiator position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long term career prospects.
